At Lawn Central Station, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. Because many of the items we sell are sensitive to handling, storage, and environmental conditions, our return policy is designed to balance product integrity with fair customer service.
Return Window
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In original packaging
- In the same condition as received
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to restock or resell opened items.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Grass seed
- Fertilizer
- Clearance or final sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will promptly offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service (you can get discounted rates at pirateship.com)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 3–7 business days for processing after approval
Grass Seed & Product Performance Disclaimer
Because factors like soil conditions, weather, watering, and application methods are beyond our control, we cannot guarantee specific results or germination rates for grass seed or other lawn products.
However, if you have concerns about your results, we encourage you to reach out—we’re always happy to help troubleshoot and offer guidance.
