Hello! Thank you for stopping by and visiting our store! As we are approaching our 2 year anniversary of opening Lawn Central Station, we wanted to sit down and introduce ourselves. I'm Kyle and my wife is Micaela, and we run LCS together. We are currently running this store out of our garage, until we grow big enough to have a brick and mortar store. Because of this, we don't have much in the way of inventory, so please allow 2-3 business days for your order to ship. It is for this reason that we made it a point when building our site to not make any guarantees on fulfillment time for our products, nor do we offer 1 day, overnight, or any other expedited shipping services.
With that in mind, here's a guideline on how we operate right now:
- Your order is placed and we get a notification of your order.
- We order the products you ordered from our supplier the following morning.
- Our supplier gets our order ready, and we go pick it up in person, typically within 3 business days.
- We bring your products home, box them up, print packing slips and shipping labels, then drop your package(s) off at our local UPS access point, or the Post Office, depending on your shipping selection.
Please keep in mind that when you are in the checkout process, you will be given an estimated transit time. This is calculated by the 3rd party shipping company (UPS or USPS) from when they receive your package and is NOT a guaranteed delivery date. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
